charge & fee info

all services and medications dispensed are considered payable at the time they are rendered or shipped. ongoing commercial clients will be billed as a courtesy and for simplicity at either weekly/monthly intervals or when account balance exceeds 200.00.

finance and rebilling charges are assessed to any invoice that is unpaid 28 days after the billing has been presented to client. restrictions on product orders and services can occur with accounts that are 60 days or more past due.

call charges are broken down into routine-scheduled, urgent, and emergency, with consideration also placed on distance. medicine drop-offs are free if done 'while driving-by', or if picked up at the location i am working at, at the time - other drop-offs outside this will be charged a routine scheduled call to account for time and fuel. pickups can called ahead and made in belle mead at anytime. medicine/supplies UPS drop-shipped from distributor or from belle mead will be charged cost of the shipment.

out-of-hours/sunday emergency calls are billed from time departing to time returning to belle mead at regular hourly fee.
