donor update
Improvement in the superovulatory responses in donors have
resulted over the past year with the usage of different FSH products and
treatment of donors with an oral chelated mineral drench prior to the
superovulation. Of course, cows all respond differently, but these practices
have helped raise the overall production of quality embryos from donor females.
Now nearly all collected and frozen embryos are processed for direct
transfer, with ethylene glycol. This allows a much simpler thaw procedure at the
recipient end and for qualified techicians to implant the embryos without having
to handle them. This page will regularly feature available embryos
that will be of interest
